Creamy Instant Iced Coffee

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 12-ounce can chilled PET^® Evaporated Milk, 2 tablespoons of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals, 1/3 cup of sugar to taste, ice cubes, and whipped cream

Combine the evaporated milk, Folgers Instant Coffee, and sugar in a blender just until the crystals are dissolved. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Top with a swirl of whipped cream. That’s all there is to making a refreshing ice-cold treat anytime you want!

It’s easy to make variations to this creamy instant iced coffee drink. For a creamy cinnamon version, add 1/2 a teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
