Instant Iced Coffee
Today we’re showing you how to make instant iced coffee… it’s fast and easy!
You’ll need:
3 tablespoons of Folgers® Instant Coffee Crystals, 1 cup of boiling water, 1/2 cup of
sugar, 2 cups cold water, half and half, and ice.
Dissolve the coffee crystals in boiling water in a tempered pitcher or glass bowl. Add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Add cold water and milk. Refrigerate until chilled.
When the craving for an icy sweet drink hits, all you have to do is pour the coffee mixture over ice in a tall glass. What a tasty treat!
For a tropical twist… you can make a refreshing coconut café licuado… which is a Latin-American-inspired smoothie.
You’ll need:
1 13.5-oz. can of chilled coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of Folgers Instant Coffee, 1 14-oz. can of chilled Eagle Brand®
Sweetened Condensed Milk, and ice cubes.
In a blender, mix the instant coffee in the coconut milk for 1 minute. Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend for two
minutes. Pour the creamy fruit drink over ice and serve immediately—it’s the sweet pick-me-up you’ve been craving!
